Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Ownership

You own your quantum circuit designs, articles, and all content you create on quantumcomputer.dev. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

Public content

By publishing a circuit or article publicly on quantumcomputer.dev, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and make it available through our platform, API, and search. You may choose a license for your circuits (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) that governs how others may use them.

Forking

Public circuits may be forked by other users in accordance with the license you select. Forks credit the original circuit and author. If no license is specified, circuits default to MIT.

Acceptable use

Do not upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Do not use the platform to distribute malware or conduct attacks. Do not attempt to access other users' private data or circumvent rate limits.

Content removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is flagged by the community. We will notify you before removing content when possible.

Service availability

quantumcomputer.dev is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
